MAGGIE'S FW | SAVINGS BANK®: DEFINITIONS AND REMARKS

ACCOUNT HOLDER: Any student enrolled in any school within the United States of America, including the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Guam, and Puerto Rico.

USER: Any individual.

LICENSE: A business license that grants the right to use one or more products for one year. The license automatically renews each year.

Note: The license is only required when applicable.

SUB-PRODUCTS:

  1. WAVES OF KUDOS® LABELS, the ORIGINALS.
  2. WAVES OF KUDOS® LABELS, the STAMP.
  3. WAVES OF KUDOS® LABELS, the TRADING LABELS.
  4. WAVES OF KUDOS® LABELS, the ALBUMS.

VENDOR: MAGGIE'S FW.

USER: RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A license is offered to any user in the United States of America.
  • Users may purchase one or more sub-products.
  • Each license covers all the geographic areas in which the user conducts business.
  • The user is responsible for developing all necessary infrastructure (background arrangements) and for the production of labels.

VENDOR: RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The vendor determines the maximum number of users permitted per state.
  • The vendor contacts officials at each school within any district area associated with a user.
  • The vendor is responsible for directly promoting its products to any student within the user's geographic location.
  • The vendor utilizes technological tools to enhance the effectiveness of the five products listed above.
  • The vendor provides gifts (including monetary awards) to successful students, most of whom are nominated by their teachers.
  • Monetary awards are deposited into the students' savings accounts.
  • The vendor may visit schools to promote its services.​
